The Experience Lab offers a comprehensive solution for the creation of your client’s Benefit Guide, encompassing digital and print formats. Our expertise covers design, pre-press, and packaging, with options for licensing stock art and assistance in copywriting.

Benefit Guide Project Components include:
  • Print and Digital Product: The Benefits Guide will be designed as a print and digital program, with a base of 28 pages in a reader spread PDF format. All guides must be in units of 4 pages to ensure print viability.
  • Design and Pre-Press: The Experience Lab will handle all of the design work, ensuring a visually appealing and reader-friendly format. Pre-press activities will be conducted by our team to prepare the content for printing.
  • Content Collaboration: Our team will partner with your client to determine direction, content, and proofing responsibilities. If a client participates in our Strategy Workshop, we are able to provide a deeper level of consultation and ensure that best practices in benefits education and engagement are infused into their materials.
Sample Benefit Guide Cost Structure:
  • Master Guide (English Version): Standard cost starts at $10,000, covering design, pre-press, and packaging for the initial guide.
  • Additional Group Guides (i.e. Union and Non-Union): If the same design is used for different groups, each subsequent version will incur a production cost of $4,000.
  • Different Language Guides (i.e. Spanish): Due to translation complexities and proofing, language versions will be charged at $7,000 per guide.

Our services allow for two rounds of changes by the client during each proofing phase of the project. Considerations to keep in mind – any changes in scope or design may impact the cost or project completion date. Our collaborative approach ensures client satisfaction, with transparent pricing and flexibility to accommodate unique requirements.
